These terms govern your use of the Steeped iOS app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app; see the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.
Acceptable use
Use Steeped for its intended purpose: analyzing coffee and managing your personal coffee library. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, reverse-engineer the backend, or abuse the analysis features (for example through automated or bulk requests).
AI-generated content
Coffee analyses, tasting notes, and brew guides are generated by AI from your photos and public web sources. They're intended as helpful guidance, not authoritative fact — details like origin, certifications, or brewing parameters can be wrong. Verify anything that matters to you, and brew safely (hot water is hot).
Fair usage
Analysis features are subject to daily usage limits to keep the service available and affordable for everyone. Limits may change as the service evolves.
Intellectual property
You keep the rights to your photos. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process them to provide the app's features. The Steeped app, brand, and design remain ours.
Disclaimer and liability
Steeped is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may stop using Steeped and delete your account at any time.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and its effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
